Reptile food: Different reptiles are to be served with different kind of food. Think twice about the food you can serve to your pet. Ask yourself, you are willing to serve live crickets to your pet. Or, can you feed your snake pet with a whole mouse.

Some kids and people love reptiles like snakes and lizards while others simply hate these creatures. When a kid wants to keep a garden snake in his room most parents would strongly advise against it saying that these creatures are dangerous. While many snakes are dangerous there are also many that are completely harmless. A garden snake may look a bit creepy but it’s not at all as dangerous as a python or any of that larger variety of snakes. I have always said that children should not be taught to fear snakes but to respect them.
If you see that your kid or kids are interested in snakes it wouldn’t be a bad idea to take them to a petting zoo where they can touch and hold a snake upfront. This should give them an idea of whether or not keeping a snake is a good idea for them. When it comes to snakes they don’t require much work as they are not difficult keep except for the fact that they are scary to most people. Kids should be allowed to keep small snakes that are non-poisonous and learn to keep them restricted to their room that way they don’t stand a chance of getting into anyone’s way.
